CLEAN PLANET FOUNDATION / HAPSIE COMICS
Ellie
Ment.
A book, an audiobook and a sustained creator programme bringing science and adventure into family life.
CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS

01 · Overview
A long-term programme with a lean budget.
The campaign introduced Ellie Ment and the Material Matter to parents, families and educators in the UK and US. Rather than relying on a single promotional burst, the programme built visibility through a sustained flow of relevant creator partnerships.
REPORTED CAMPAIGN DATA
The work,
in numbers.
*Combined creator following is a potential audience indicator, not deduplicated or confirmed unique reach. Figures are rounded from reported campaign data.
02 · The challenge
Relevance at scale, without losing the human touch.
The programme had to maintain a steady creator pipeline on a limited not-for-profit budget. Every creator needed genuine alignment with the book’s science, environmental and family themes, while communication, content approvals and delivery dates stayed organised across hundreds of relationships.
03 · Strategy
Fit before follower count.
01Source deliberately. Identify parent, family and educational creators whose audiences and content style naturally matched the story.
02Keep outreach personal. Build creator relationships through relevant, individual communication rather than volume-first automation.
03Brief for authenticity. Encourage real family listening, reading and activity moments instead of heavily scripted advertisements.
04Operate consistently. Track negotiations, approvals, publishing schedules and delivery so the long programme kept moving.

Hands-on from sourcing to delivery.

Campaign outcome
